CONNECTIONS

In a business environment, branding is the practice of differentiating one entity from another in consumers’ minds. Similarly, one’s personal brand is reflected in how others perceive us. Please join me by identifying and promoting the attributes that define your personal brand. The five themes below represent traits that help shape mine. And as a professional exercise, I hope to expand on them through social media in the coming months.

Exercise FITNESS

Running, cycling, and climbing are three of many fitness activities that fall within my day-to-day schedule. The desire to push hard and challenge myself is part of my personal brand. And the willingness to motivate and share my experiences with others is a passion of mine.

Original Embrace HEALTH image

Embrace HEALTH

I adopted a health-conscious lifestyle following a serious medical scare. It has not always been easy, but the rewards of this decision have been life changing. And promoting the benefits of this choice to others has become my mission.

Emphasize GRATITUDE

Showing genuine thanks toward others, and the things that make a difference to me, is part of my brand. These daily encounters should be valued and not go unrecognized.

Original Experience ADVENTURE image

Experience ADVENTURE

Creating experiences is a signature trait of mine. With the investment of time, effort, and ingenuity, almost anything can be accomplished.

Original Embody STYLE image

Embody STYLE

It is empowering to own one’s style and promote one’ interests. Like my other brand differentiating themes, this too is grounded in the timeless commitment to excellence.

SPOTLIGHT
CONNECTION

My preferred fitness challenge is Versaclimber. A zero-impact total body cardio workout that burns more calories per hour than just about every other aerobic program. It is the system that supports every other fitness activity I perform and is perhaps the hardest training program that I have ever done. Taking a professionally led Versaclimber class 3-4 times a week has helped me build endurance, allowing me to progress much faster with other fitness efforts.
